Refunds May Be Denied If

All purchases made through Digistore24 are subject to Digistore24's standard refund policy, which provides additional buyer protection. You may also request a refund directly through Digistore24 by visiting the Digistore24 order lookup page (Digistore24.com) and using the receipt number from your purchase confirmation email.
Customization Refunds
If you purchased our customization service and we have already begun work, the customization portion of the fee is non-refundable. The script license portion remains eligible for refund under the standard 60-day policy.
License Revocation Upon Refund
When a refund is issued, your license to use the script is automatically revoked. You agree to:
- Stop using the script on all installations
- Delete all copies of the script from your servers
- Not redistribute or use the script in any form going forward
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being permanently banned and your IP address blocked from future purchases.
